A new member of the Greene King Inns ‘family’

The Churchill is located just of the M4 and close to Royal Wootton Bassett. As well as the pub facilities, it offers 28 room accommodation and is a flagship for Greene Kings lodge style development.

The Challenge

This was our first project carried out under Covid-19 regulations, so a challenge for all design and construction partners. We are happy to say that the project was completed safely, in full compliance with the regulations and with no impact on quality standards.

The Churchill offers luxurious but homely accommodation in lodge style rooms and is the first location in Greene King’s 2700 estate to install electric vehicle (EV) charging points which, in this case, are supported by energy generated by solar panels.

The Outcome

Now fully open and taking bookings for accommodation, The Churchill has proved a welcome and popular addition to the Greene King portfolio, well received and reviewed by guests.
