The Challenge

Our role was to deliver detailed MEP design working alongside Kempowell Electrical Contractors – MJ Kurton Mechanical Services and Castleoak as the Principal Contractor.

Our design needed to accommodate the additional needs of assisted living space where residents may have a disability or the need for more personal care. There was restricted plant room space and extremely tight and demanding deadlines. This was all achieved on time and on budget.
