The Challenge

This was a major development in a tight and congested central location which, in itself, presents design and logistical challenges.

We have worked in collaboration with Whitbread for many years. We were appointed by them as ‘policing’ consultants for this development, charged with ensuring that all design standards were in accordance with the high quality required by Whitbread.

In carrying out this role we worked in close and effective partnership with Cardiff based architects Holder Mathias.
